氣動制動器工作原理是通過給氣動制動器的氣包裏輸入有壓力的氣體,從而推動活塞做直線運動,而達到降制動器的摩擦塊壓緊制動輪從而産(chǎn)生摩擦力而制動功能。氣動制動器靠空壓來連結,靠複歸彈簧來放開,圓盤靠空氣壓沿軸方向滑動,接觸摩擦闆。圓盤、摩擦闆等,被組裝到輪毂上,成爲一體化構造。摩擦闆可用擰開調整螺帽的方式進行分解,交換簡單。氣動制動器是用帶楔的圓錐形軸套管往軸上安裝,擁有摩擦闆可在保持機械設備(bèi)原樣的情況下進行交換的構造。靠安裝在帶輪毂的圓盤上的冷卻片來散發因摩擦而産(chǎn)生的熱量。摩擦闆是雙切口對開式,通過帶輪毂圓盤的孔,用螺絲刀把埋頭螺釘取出來後即可交換摩擦闆。氣動制動器具有良好的散熱性,可廣泛應用在包裝機械、電線電纜設備(bèi)、薄頁紙及瓦楞紙等工業。
氣動制動器也成通氣刹車,意思就是有個氣飽(bǎo)通過通氣來施壓讓嵌口緊閉(bì)達到制動效果,這種工業使用比較廣泛。說道氣動制動器還分爲常閉(bì)制動器和常開制動器,常閉(bì)制動器就是沒用工作的情況下它的嵌口是一直打開的,工作時候通氣就抱閘,就形成刹車。
